Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will ONLY be applied at checkout.

How long will it take to get my order?

It depends on your location. Orders processed here (Nigeria) will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take at least 7 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping courier do you use?

We use all major couriers, local and foreign.

When does my pre-order item ship?

Pre-order items’ shipping dates are indicated in the product description. Available pre-orders are immediately dispatched for delivery.

If you have pre-orders and in-stock items in your cart, your full order will be shipped out when your pre-order items are ready to ship. To receive your in-stock items earlier, we recommend placing two separate orders – one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.

The item I wish to order is not available in my size or is out of stock, what should I do?
